It was a cold and foggy, frosty morning in the Peak District, minus two on the thermometer. But we Sheffield Slingers adore our local countryside and are made of stern stuff, so off we went, wrapped up warm, babies cuddled close. It was beautiful.. misty and crisp and eerie, and we had so much fun. The hot chocolates in the pub at the end were very welcome. Want to join in our slinging walks? Join our FB group here! Our next jaunt is up to Hull to see the fishies at the Deep on Saturday.
